About Membership
Life in Pecan
An unofficial member publication for Pecan Plantation: white colonial club, pecan canopy, golf carts on the cart path, seventeen miles of Brazos shoreline — and the hyperscale neighbor now included in the view.
Hood County currently hosts eight data-center proposals covering more than 7,600 acres. Some sit across the river from homes and playgrounds. Cooling fields, generation turbines, and battery yards are part of the membership outlook. So is knowing the filings, the water questions, and the civic calendar that come with them.
Living covers amenities and member benefits. Gallery holds the scenes. The Due Diligence desk keeps acreage, meetings, and independent trackers in one place.
We are not Guard Granbury or Brazos Watershed Alliance. Those groups do the civic tracking; we point members toward them.
A work of satire and parody. An unofficial member publication. Not affiliated with the Pecan Plantation Property Owners Association (PPOA).
