Welcome to Pecan Plantation, where morning light still finds the pecan canopy, golf carts still hum toward the club, and the Brazos still turns its slow green corner around the peninsula. The view has always been the amenity. It is now a larger one.

The peninsula does not have to host a campus to live next to one.
